Tuna and Cactus Salad (6 servings)

Ingredients:
- 2 lb. of cooked cactus finely chopped - 16 oz. can of tuna in oil - 3 small tomatoes - 1 medium onion - 2 serrano peppers - 1 avocado - 1 small bunch of cilantro - Salt to taste.

Preparation:
In a large bowl combine the cactus, the diced tomatoes, and the finely chopped onion and cilantro. Then incorporate the can of tuna (including the oil), and mix well. Garnish with thin avocado slices and tortilla chips.
